This weekend alcoholism thing is threatening to spiral out of control. I really need to stop drinking so much on weekends. Having a credit card is one of the most dangerous things when you're in a club! Where oh where is my self-control? It goes out the window as soon as I've had a wee tipple......Wish me luck, dear readers. I need to beat this terrible affliction.

Choonage: Not For All The Love In The World - The Thrills

It's been a crazy time, has the past 9 days. I've been very hungover twice, very stressed at least 4 times, slept an average of 6 hours a night and had a bit of a thing with this gorgeous Thai girl, whom I met on a Friday, 9 days ago, on a little island off Singapore. She had the most beautiful, smouldering eyes and the cutest accent. She's back in Bangkok now and to be honest, it all seems like I've just been rudely awoken from the most pleasant dream. I knew it was too good to be true and I think the fact that I knew that there was so little time for anything proper to happen, made it all the more intense and exciting. Who knows what the future holds? I don't. I just know that it feels like I've been given a glimpse into what it's like to feel the heady rush of pure infatuation and while it was great while it lasted, it now feels like I've landed in the land of the comedown/hangover/shite and am now left feeling rough-as-fark.
Isn't life unpredictable? I never expected such excitement, not when the stress levels at work are mounting and everything constantly threatens to spiral out of control. Oh, if only I could lead a more balanced life. I'm going to need to take a break from the booze for a bit too, methinks.Peas Oot.
