It's just after Midnight here in S'pore so that means Happy Chinese New Year, you guys! Gong Xi Fa Cai!
My entire nuclear family's in town and I'm looking forward to spending my time (over the next few days) visiting relatives, eating good food and, yes, being given red packets filled with moolah : ) It's good to be in The Pore at this time of year!
It's also another chance for a fresh start, something I think we can all do with. Although I don't think I've done too badly so far (esp. with my recently-concluded Birthday celebration being a perfect case study; what with my ending the night fairly sober), it's always nice to have a fresh start. I'm looking forward to a year of doing my best by everyone, making more of an effort with so many things and enjoying the friendships I've been so blessed to have. Peas Oot.
