Ever had one of those nights when you drink a fair amount but just can't seem to get drunk? It's not that I drank that much tonight but I did have about 4 glasses of champagne and 2 glasses of gin and tonic and still felt stone cold sober..in times like that,I wish I'd just stayed with the coca-cola. Not that I'm complaining, it was very nice to drink champagne (it always is,esp when it's decent stuff as it was tonight)....just that I'm beginning to scare myself. My tolerance to booze is most definitely going up. Methinks it's about time I took a break (if just for a day or two) off the booze....sounds familiar? I know,I know, this time I'm saying this with slightly more conviction....hahahahahaha....*fingers very much crossed*
