Poem of the Day:
Mocking Chair
Sat there,
Next to you and your girl.
Sat there,
All I can do is stare,
Across, at that empty, mocking chair.
Wish I didn't feel so bitter,
As I gulp down my lager,
Thinking I need an emotional baby-sitter.
It's spring time now,
But in my heart, it's cold as winter.
