Just got back from Manchester.Twas great,hung out with my boy Ishwin,ate chinese,japanese,malaysian food....and a kebab too.Not at the same time of course.Had dinner at my parents' friends' place.It was surreal,they hadn't seen me in about 15 years!!
My mum informed me today that my beloved maid(more like family member),Aunty Ludi, was leaving our household for good at the end of the month.I am sad beyond words.I cannot even begin to explain how much a part of our family she is.She has been with us since I was about 5,6 years old.I know that she'll probably not read this but,Aunty Ludi,"I love you.You've been like a mother to me.Thank you so much for everything,for your amazing cooking,for cleaning up after me and for the million other things you've done for me.I will never forget you."
